About the Role
As a JavaScript Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client-side web
applications, collaborating with our UX/UI team, and ensuring that our platforms provide seamless user
experiences. You will work with modern JavaScript technologies and frameworks, and you should be
comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile development environment. The ability to communicate
effectively in both English and Hindi will be crucial as you will be working with cross-functional teams.
This role will also enable you to learn D3.js technology while on the job, which is mandatory for
this role. Knowledge of D3.js is highly desirable, and we are committed to providing you with the
necessary resources and support to become proficient in this technology as part of your role.
Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Hindi will be crucial as you
will be working with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient JavaScript code.
UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement features that are userfriendly and visually appealing.
Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix bugs, improve application performance, and ensure responsiveness across different browsers and devices.
Code Review & Best Practices: Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.
Version Control: Use Git or other version control systems for code management and collaboration.
Understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms: Knowledge of basic data structures and algorithms that may be helpful in visualizing data efficiently.
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for codebase, APIs, and features.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement front-end features that align with overall product objectives.
